| Gary Allen began his successful career in land development thirty-four years ago. His accomplishments include key roles in developing more than 100 residential communities resulting in the founding of Waterfront Communities, Inc., in 1994. For the past fifteen years Mr. Allen’s pioneering company, Waterfront Communities, Inc. has responded to market demand for southern residential property. Under his leadership, his company has identified, located, developed, and marketed 42 luxury communities. | |
| Mr. Allen continues his passionate pursuit to serve his clients and to meet the growing demand for southern residential property. He actively participates in business organizations that support land development, and serves on the Board of the Institute for Emerging Issues. In October 2007, Mr. Allen gave $2 million to the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill, to establish a program on sales. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he travels extensively in the United States and abroad to meet personally with investors and clients. He resides in Naples, Florida. | |

As manager, Mr. Bennett oversees all company operational management with a focus on individual and institutional fundraising and investor management for the company's land acquisition and development initiatives. His knowledge and effective leadership in fundraising have enabled Mr. Bennett to serve clients successfully for more than 25 years. | |
| Particularly skilled in managing the funding transaction, Mr. Bennett guides investors through an effective process of discussion, analysis, negotiation and due diligence. It is this level of leadership that has enabled the company to exceed client objectives and to establish a large group of repeat investors. | |
| A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Bennett founded North Carolina-based Capital Development Services in 1984, a full service fundraising and search services firm. As acting chairman he executes cost-effective fundraising management services for organizations throughout the southeastern United States. | |
| Mr. Bennett travels extensively in the United States and abroad to work with the investor community to educate the marketplace about opportunities in land acquisition and development. He resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. | |
